What information we will use?

Across all our services we may collect information from you to such as you name date of birth, contact details and any billing information when purchasing one of our reading sessions or a product from the White Light Shop. This is so we can provide you with a service that is personalised to suit you, for example with offers you are interested in.

 

You have the right to ask to have access to the type of information we are keeping, making sure the information is corrected if we have old information. In addition understanding the type of information we store that has been outlined in this privacy policy, you also have every right to ask us to remove the information we have.

How we may use your information? 

We may use your information to process an order with your billing information or your address you have provided us in order to make a delivery. In addition overtime throughout the year we may use your information to provide you with offers through the email address you provided and personalising any of the services we offer.
